Update on verifying PTSM3D for use in STELLOPT. Optimization using PTSM3D using a target that maximizes triplet correlation lifetimes still falls into local minima holes dominated by a resonant triplet. Several possible improvements are discussed.
Milestone: PTSM3D in STELLOPT now has no differences between standalone executable. The vmec2sfl code used to generate geometry elements is now called from STELLOPT as a library for consistency sake.
