Matt Landerman: Optimized Stellarators without Optimization.

Description of how to produce stellarator equilibria quasi-symmetric to first degree in r/a. Construction is done using a Garren-Boozer recipe by specifying the axis profile and a few other free parameters, but without using any optimization techniques. More details are here.

Aaron Bader: Improved optimization for energetic particles.

Fixing a bug in particle following fixes some of the weird feature of previous results. Gamma_c metrics from Nemov, now appear to optimize for energetic particle confinement, particularly near the trapped-passing boundary.
